Telecaller

We are hiring Telecallers for our call center operations. Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to customers • Explain products/services clearly • Handle customer queries • Achieve daily calling targets • Update customer information in system Requirements: • Good communication skills in Hindi/English • Clear voice and speaking ability • Basic computer knowledge • Patience and positive attitude • Freshers welcome, training provided Work Details: • Full-time position • Office-based / Work from home options • Fixed salary + incentives • Day shift / Night shift available
